Dr. Alper Özbilen is a business leader and entrepreneur who integrates technology and innovation into the business world in a strategic, efficient, and sustainable manner. Following his undergraduate and graduate studies in engineering, he completed a doctoral program and earned an MBA focused on governance and innovation, shaping an interdisciplinary academic background. He has successfully applied his expertise in artificial intelligence, big data, and digital transformation to international projects across various sectors. As the Chairman of ALP24, an energy and commodity trading company, he leads global energy initiatives and continues to drive forward-thinking ventures in the field. He is also the founder of the East African Business Association (EABA), a platform dedicated to enhancing economic cooperation and strengthening sustainable trade relations between Türkiye and East African nations.
