Altay Atlı Academic, Koç University

Dr. Altay Atlı is a lecturer in the Department of International Relations at Koç University and the founding director of Atlı Global, a strategic advisory firm. He holds a B.A. in Economics and a Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations from Boğaziçi University, as well as an M.A. in International Business from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Atlı has previously been affiliated with Sabancı University’s Istanbul Policy Center and served as research coordinator at Türkiye’s Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK). He is also an expert member of the China Network at the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜSİAD).
