His expertise includes open-source defense intelligence, geopolitical assessments, international weapons market trends, and emerging defense technologies.
Previously, Dr. Kasapoğlu was an Eisenhower fellow at the NATO Defense College in Italy and a visiting scholar at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Center of Excellence in Estonia. He holds a Ph.D. from the Turkish War College and an MSc from the Turkish Military Academy.
