Fatih Er is a founding member of TRT’s international English broadcasting news channel, TRT World, where he is currently Director of News, Programmes and Visual. He began his journalism career in local media then worked at Kanal 7 followed by Star Haber. As a founding member at TV Net and Kanal 24, he worked as a foreign news editor and presenter. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as TRT’s Jerusalem Bureau chief for 3 years.
