Haluk Doğan Asistant Professor, Yalova University

Haluk Doğan is an Assistant Professor of International Relations at Yalova University. He holds an MA in International Relations and a PhD in Strategy and Security from the University of Exeter. His research examines the interaction of power and ideas, as well as the dynamics of structure and agency, in shaping foreign policy and grand strategy. His broader interests include international relations theory, foreign policy analysis, international political sociology, great power politics, U.S. grand strategy, transatlantic relations, and West–Russia relations.
