Joseph Bahout SENIOR VISITING FELLOW AT THE CARNEGIE ENDOWMENT’S ME PROGRAM IN WASHINGTON DC

Joseph Bahout is an academic and consultant in Middle-East politics. Until recently a research Senior Visiting Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment’s ME Program in Washington DC, he is now a professor at Sciences-Po Paris, and a Permanent consultant at the Policy Planning unit of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He studied Economics at the American University in Beirut; then got a Ph.D in Political Science at Sciences-Po Paris. He is an Associate with the Crown ME Center at Brandeis University, and with the Geneva Center for Security Policy.
