Levent Kurnaz MANAGER, CENTER FOR CLIMATE CHANGE AND POLICY STUDIES, BOĞAZIÇI UNIVERSITY

Levent Kurnaz is a Professor of Physics at Boğaziçi University. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 1988, his Master of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and his Bachelor of Science in Physics in 1990 from Boğaziçi University. Additionally, he earned his Master of Science in Physics in 1991 and his Ph.D. in Physics in 1994, both from the University of Pittsburgh. Between 1995 and 1997 he worked as a Research Associate in the Department of Chemistry at Tulane University. In 1997 he joined BoğaziçiUniversity’s Physics Department as an Assistant Professor and in 2014, he was appointed as the Director of the Boğaziçi University’s Centre for Climate Change and Policy Studies.
