Mansoor Mohamed Fazil is a Lecturer and Head, in Political Science at the Department of Political Science, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka. He received a B.A. in Political Science from SEUSL, and a MPs from the Meiji University Tokyo under the JICA Scholarship and PhD in Political Science from the University of Malaya. He is one of the authors of Dealing with Diversity: Sri Lankan Discourses on Peace and Conflict (2004). His current research looks at the state-minority contestations and marginalization of the Muslim minority in post-civil war Sri Lanka.
