Márton Ugrósdy DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND TRADE, BUDAPEST

Márton Ugrósdy is the Director of the Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade (IFAT) in Budapest, Hungary. His research interests cover transatlantic issues, energy security, and US foreign policy in Central and Eastern Europe. He joined IFAT in 2015 as a part-time Research Fellow and has served as the Director of IFAT since July 2018. Prior to joining IFAT, Márton worked as the Editor-in-Chief of Kitekintő.hu, Hungary’s only thematic news portal dealing exclusively with international relations. Holding a Master’s in Political Science from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, Márton is also a part-time Assistant Lecturer at the Corvinus University of Budapest.
