Michael A. Reynolds ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF NEAR EASTERN STUDIES, PRINCETON UNIVERSITY

Michael A. Reynolds is an associate professor of Near Eastern Studies and Director of the Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies program at Princeton Universities. He is the author of Shattering Empires: The Clash and Collapse of the Ottoman and Russian Empires, 1908-1918, and currently, he is writing a biography of Enver Pasha. He periodically comments on current affairs, and his writing has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, War on the Rocks, The National Interest, and Newsweek. In the spring of 2022 he will be a visiting professor at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
