Dr. Muhammet Koçak has a PhD in International Relations from Florida International University. He is interested in International Security with a focus on Russia and Turkey. Koçak is on the editorial board of Insight Turkey, and he is a Non-Resident Fellow at Jaffar Center for Muslim World Studies at Florida International University.
