Musab Iqbal LECTURER, COMMUNICATION AND MEDIA RESEARCH INSTITUTE (CAMRI), UNIVERSITY OF WESTMINSTER

Musab Iqbal is a Lecturer in Media and Communication and a member of the Communication and Media Research Institute (CAMRI) at the University of Westminster. He did his PhD at the University of Westminster in 2019. His doctoral thesis ‘Identifying immigrants through violence’ investigates the construction of historical time through narratives. The research studies routine violence and its relation to politics of time and belonging. His research interest includes conceptual history, Intellectual history of Indian Sub-content, conflict and violence in South Asia, politics and representation of migration, Phenomenological questions of technology, and politics of Datafication.
