Stanislav Pritchin EXPERT, INSTITUTE OF ORIENTAL STUDIES, RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES

Stanislav Pritchin is a Ph.D. candidate in the history of science and a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for post-Soviet Studies IMEMO RAS named by E.M. Primakov. Prior to this position he was an Academy Robert Bosch fellow in the Russia and Eurasia Programme at Chatham House (20017/2018). His research interests cover political and economic developments in the Caspian Sea region, Central Asia, and the South Caucasus. He is also focused on relations between CIS countries and Russia, the US, China etc., energy policy in the Eurasian region, the legal status of Caspian Sea negotiations, and internal political processes in Iran, Azerbaijan and the countries of Central Asia. Since April 2015, Stanislav has regularly taken part in OSCE-led missions as an election observer.
