Stefano Manservisi Chair, Governing Board of the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund

Stefano Manservisi is a former senior official at the European Commission, where he held a range of positions as a political adviser and diplomat, including Head of Cabinet to President Romano Prodi; Director-General for Development and Relations with Africa, the Caribbean and Pacific States; Director-General for Home Affairs; Director-General for International Cooperation and Development; and EU Ambassador to Türkiye. He currently chairs the Governing Board of GCERF and is active in various think tanks and as an advisor to several international organisations. He also lectures at a number of universities, including the Paris School of International Affairs.
