Dr. Tymofiy Mylovanov is the President of the Kyiv School of Economics and an Associate Professor at the University of Pittsburgh. He previously served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine (2016–2019) and as Minister of Economic Development, Trade, and Agriculture of Ukraine (2019–2020).
Dr. Mylovanov earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2004. He has taught at leading universities, including the Rheinische Friedrich–Wilhelms–Universität Bonn, the University of Pennsylvania, Penn State University, and the University of Pittsburgh. His research has been published in top-tier academic journals such as Econometrica, American Economic Review, and The Review of Economic Studies.
