Yuliya Biletska Assistant Professor, Karabuk University

Dr. Yuliya Biletska is an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Relations at Karabuk University, Türkiye. She teaches a broad range of courses in international affairs and political science.

She holds a PhD in Political Science from Taurida National V.I. Vernadsky University in Simferopol, Ukraine, where she specialized in ethnopolitics and ethnic studies. She also earned a Master’s degree in Eurasian Studies from the Middle East Technical University in Türkiye.

Dr. Biletska’s research focuses on identity politics, minority rights in Ukraine and Georgia, state- and nation-building processes, and diaspora studies. She has a particular interest in the political participation of migrant communities.
